At TitanovaAI, we sell digital products delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the product is not suitable after receiving access.

However, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter promptly:

• You did not receive your download
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible
• You were charged incorrectly
• You purchased duplicate orders by mistake

If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, we will of course honour those obligations.
